Setting up a Membership

 

  • Membership Access / Credit Card services are provided by Verotel.
  • Verotel use 128 bit security to protect your details. For more details see Verotel.
  • Approval is usually instant on approval of your Credit Card.
  • You will be emailed (please use valid email) a User ID and Password from Verotel for Membership Access.
  • You will always need to enter your Verotel User ID / Pass when you visit the site to check you are financial.
  • Once you enter your Verotel details to confirm payment, you will then be required to set up a user account - click REGISTER on the right of the menu bar across the top.
  • Once you have agreed to the terms on the site and verified your email address, you will be able to login and view pictures.
  • Please use a different name and password for this account - the choice is up to you.
  • To cancel a membership at any time - please go to Cancel Membership @ Verotel.

 

 

Accessing AuntyJack.com

 

  • After coming to AuntyJack.com - click on the MEMBERS button.
  • Enter your Verotel User ID and Password into the popup to verify you are financial.
  • Creating your own site username / pass does not change the Verotel details - they will never change unless you cancel.
  • If this is your first visit to the site - REGISTER a site account by clicking the menu bar on the top right.
  • LOGIN using your username and password that you set up.
  • Enjoy !

 

 

Problems with Membership

 

  • If you have just joined and are having problems, please check the following. Usually solves 99% of problems.
  • Make Sure Cookies Are Enabled: You need to have cookies enabled for this site for the Username / Passwords to work correctly.
  • Cut & Paste User ID / Password: Sometimes when you try to cut and paste the User ID and Password that you were emailed - you accidentally copy a Space at the end of the numbers. While a space might seem like a blank to you and me - to the computer its another character and it will stuff things up.
  • Wait 30 minutes: Sometimes if you enter the wrong codes for Username / Password - the cookie might deny you access for 30 min's. Its the same feature that lets you enter your ID / Pass once a session. Wait 30 min or reboot your computer to try resetting it.
  • Old Credit Card: If you're an existing member and your Username / Password stops working - either you selected a non-rebilling account or there might have been a problem with your credit card when a rebill was attempted. New Credit Cards or Expiry Dates can cause problems. As far as I know - there is no way to "recover" an old Verotel account - best thing is to just re-join.
  • Contact Verotel: The above solves about 99% of cases. For other problems, please contact Verotel as they can fix membership issues a lot faster than we can.
  • If you have lost your Username / Password, please contact Verotel to retrieve details.
  • To cancel a membership at any time - please go to Cancel Membership @ Verotel.

 

 

Problems with files

 

  • To run the video files you will probably need the latest version of your favourite player. File formats are upgraded all the time to improve quality and compression rates. So yesterdays DivX player might not play today's files.
  • Download and install the latest codecs from DivX.com Installing the latest DivX after upgrading your player might be needed.
  • Also install the latest codecs from K-Lite - I have the Mega Pack installed and have no problems running the files.
  • Microsoft's Windows Media Player 10 plays the majority of the files here.
  • Apple makes the excellent QuickTime player.
  • Real Audio's new Player is also very good.
  • There are other excellent players like Real Alternative Player, VMP etc. However we have checked all the files against the main three players.
